MILLWALL travel up to Humberside this afternoon as they face Hull City at the MKM Stadium.
Both teams are playing through winless runs but are yet to drop down the table. The Lions failed to beat Huddersfield Town, West Brom or Luton Town, meaning that their last victory came against Swansea on March 14th, while the Tigers have won just once since February 4th.
Nonetheless, Gary Rowett’s men sit in fifth heading into today’s game, knowing that a win could drastically boost their hopes of securing a play-off place this season. The manager will be without Callum Styles [quad] and Charlie Cresswell [eye], while Ryan Leonard [groin] is also set to miss out this afternoon.
Team news
Millwall make two changes to the side that drew 0-0 with Luton on Good Friday.
Rowett keeps the goalkeeper and back four the same, but Billy Mitchell returns to the starting lineup for the first time in almost two months to partner George Saville in the absence of Leonard.
Oliver Burke, Zian Flemming and Tom Bradshaw stay in the XI too, with George Honeyman coming in to face his former team in place of Andreas Voglsammer.
Millwall: 4-2-3-1: Long; McNamara, Hutchinson, Cooper, Wallace; Mitchell, Saville; Burke, Flemming, Honeyman; Bradshaw
Substitutes: Bialkowski, Evans, Malone, Shackleton, Wartmore, Voglsammer, Esse
