BEN Marshall has snubbed interest from Millwall to sign for their Championship rivals Norwich City.
Marshall, 27, has signed a four-year deal with Daniel Farke’s side and joins from Wolves for an undisclosed fee.
Marshall played 16 times for the Lions last season, scoring twice, and Millwall wanted him to return on a permanent deal.
Millwall made a bid that would have broken their transfer record, but Marshall decided on a move to Carrow Road.
“When I heard about the interest, I was very excited and wanted it to be pushed through,” he told Norwich’s website.
“The club is massive. Playing against them for other clubs, obviously the fans are always sold out.
“I’m really looking forward to training hard. It’s nice to get in quite early, previous times I’ve come in quite late and sort of had to pick up.
“I’m glad to be here and can’t wait to get cracking.”
