CALLUM Styles has once again been called up to the Hungarian national team as they look to progress in the Nations League.
Marco Rossi’s side will travel to Leipzig to face Germany next Friday before hosting European champions Italy the following Monday.
Hungary are top of their group by one point, meaning that a win and a draw would likely be enough to take them through to the knockout stages of the tournament despite being the pre-tournament favourites for relegation.
George Saville will be involved in the same tournament after he was called up to the Northern Ireland squad. Ian Baraclough’s men will host Kosovo next Saturday before travelling to Greece three days later as they look to retain their place in League C.
Leeds United loanee Charlie Cresswell will also be on international duty after he was called up to the England U21’s team.
The defender has already made six appearances for the Young Lions, who’ll face Italy in Pescara next Thursday before returning to Bramall Lane to host Germany the following Tuesday. The fixtures have been scheduled in order to prepare for next summer’s U21 EURO, which Cresswell will hope to be involved in once his spell at The Den comes to an end.
As it stands, Millwall boss Gary Rowett will have the rest of his squad available during the international break, although Mason Bennett [hamstring], Ryan Leonard [hamstring] and Shaun Hutchinson [groin] are still recovering from injury.
