MILLWALL battled but fell to defeat to Leicester City in the FA Cup third-round.
Cesare Casadei and Ricardo Pereira pushed the Foxes into a 2-0 goal lead by the halfway point despite Millwall having the better of much of the first half.
Duncan Watmore gave the Lions a route back into the game when he scored from a corner after 56 minutes but Leicester responded immediately when Thomas Cannon made it 3-1 with a well-taken goal with half an hour to go.
Zian Flemming made things interesting when he pulled a goal back with five minutes to go but Millwall could not find an equaliser.
