A Dulwich peer has bemoaned inconsiderate people who cough or sneeze in other people’s faces.
He has asked the government to give these people tips to stop doing it.
Baron McColl of Dulwich, a former surgeon at Guy’s and St Thomas’, made the complaint in a recent Lord’s debate.
“As far as coughing and sneezing is concerned, I noticed they turn their head to the right or to the left, which ensures that the content of a cough or a sneeze goes straight into the face of the person opposite,” he complained.
Is this a rare case of a politician truly speaking up for people’s concerns?
