Council offices will turn green this Sunday (June 14) to mark the third anniversary of the Grenfell fire, in which 72 people tragically lost their lives.
Southwark Council’s Tooley Street in Borough and Queens Road Peckham offices will be lit #GreenforGrenfell to remember all those who died.
Peter John, the council leader said in his weekly email newsletter: “We will be thinking of them, their families, loved ones and all of the people whose lives were changed forever by the tragedy, on this sad day.”
