Boris Johnson and his wife Carrie has put their Camberwell townhouse up for sale with a £1.6 million asking price.
The four double bedroom terraced house next to Myatt’s Fields Park was brought in July 2019, it has been reported.
Three years later, the outgoing Prime Minister and his wife are hoping to make a £400,000 profit, having reportedly bought the property for £1.2 million.
According to the estate agent, the property has “tasteful decor and retains many characteristics including shutters, wooden floors and low level cast iron radiators”.
Described as a hidden London gem, it also has a marble fireplace, a 100ft rear garden and 2,100 sq ft of living space.
Boris’ home hit the headlines earlier this year when a black Vauxhall Astra slammed into the property’s front garden at around 1am on Monday May 9.

Photos from the crash showed the vehicle lodged in a hedge metres away from the front door and debris strewn across the street.
