A person was taken to hospital after a crash involving a lorry and a van on Southwark Park Road this morning (Monday, May 30).
Two more people were treated at the scene of the collision, which took place at the corner of St James’ Road shortly before 7am.
A spokesperson for the police said: “Police were called by the London Ambulance Service shortly before 07:00hrs on Monday, 30 May to reports of a collision involving a van and a lorry on Southwark Park Road, SE16.
“Officers attended. Two people were treated at the scene. A third was taken to hospital; their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
“The road was closed to traffic but has since reopened.”
