A man has been rushed to hospital after being shot in the arm in Peckham.
Police were called to Lyndhurst Grove after receiving a report of a man with a firearm, at 1:45 pm on Tuesday, November 7.
Specialist firearms attended the scene and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his arm.
He was rushed to hospital where his injuries were deemed non life-threatening.
Police say their enquiries are ongoing and there have been no arrests.
A Met Police spokesperson said: “Police were called at around 13:45hrs on Tuesday, 7 November to a report of a man with a firearm on Lyndhurst Grove, Peckham.
“Officers, including specialist firearms officers, attended the scene. One man was found with a gunshot wound to his arm and was taken to hospital. His injuries were not life-threatening.
“Enquiries are ongoing; no arrests have been made.”
