He has since been charged with eight counts of sexual assault by touching in relation to incidents on Tuesday, as well as three counts of the same offence, relating to incidents on April 27 2022.
He has also been charged with one count of production of cannabis and was due to appear in custody at Croydon Magistrates’ Court today (July 7).
On Tuesday, the first incident was reported in the morning. As more calls came in, police say they “quickly linked the incidents” and implemented an “extensive policing plan”.

This involved deploying more uniformed officers and detectives to the area, speaking to victims and witnesses and checking CCTV.
Additional resources were parachuted in from across the Met, including the Territorial Support Group (TSG) in order to identify and locate the alleged perpetrator.
Thomas-Manners was identified as a suspect and arrested that same afternoon.
