Ministry of Sound, the world’s largest independent music company, are launching what they believe will be the UK’s most sought after internship.
The business, based in Elephant and Castle, will take on seven interns for a six month scheme and will pay the successful candidates the London Living wage (£9.15 per hour).
Perks of the job include DJ master classes and free entry to the famous Ministry of Sound super club and interns will work across many of their departments, including radio, club, digital and tours and events.
During the internship each intern will be responsible for developing their own unique project which they will present to Ministry of Sound’s CEO, Lohan Presencer.
Ministry of Sound’s new Human Resources Director, Tacita Small, said: “We want to hire the smartest, freshest talent and discover the UK’s most inspirational people who have the desire to positively impact and lead within the entertainment industry.
“Some of our directors and managers began their careers here as interns, which is why we feel it’s so important to make our new internship programme as attractive and exciting as possible.”
