Katie Whitmore has stepped down as manager of Millwall Lionesses.
Whitmore had been in charge since July 2020 but will remain on the staff in her role as Designated Safeguarding Officer for Millwall, the Academy and Community Trust.
In a statement, the club said: “Everyone connected with the Lionesses would like to thank Katie for her efforts and leadership over a challenging period of time that has seen a lot of uncertainty due to the pandemic and wish her luck in any future coaching roles she undertakes.
