A man has been charged following a stabbing in Brixton which left a teenager critically injured.
Officers investigating the attack on seventeen-year-old James Bascoe-Smith have now charged Leon Rashid, an eighteen-year-old from Thornton Heath’s Dunheved Road.
He has been charged with attempted murder, possession of an offensive weapon and cannabis possession.
He will appear in custody at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today (Tuesday, April 13).
