Police have confirmed that a seventeen-year-old boy was rushed to hospital after being stabbed near Jamaica Road.
The violent attack is believed to have taken place at about 4pm on June 14.
A Met Police spokesman told the News the victim is now in a “stable” condition in hospital.
Officers were called at about 4:15pm to Freda Street.
A member of staff from the Salmon Youth Centre in Marine Street told the News that three police cars and two ambulances attended.
No arrests have been made.
