BILLY Mitchell will make his first start in seven games after being named in the line-up to face Blackburn Rovers.
The 22-year-old returns as Adam Barrett makes two changes from the side who drew at Preston North End on Saturday.
Ryan Longman has also come into the team with Allan Campbell and Murray Wallace dropping to the bench.
The versatility of Longman means Millwall could be set to change shape with the Hull City loanee capable of playing a number of positions.
Meanwhile, Blackburn Rovers are unchanged from the 1-0 win against Cardiff City on the weekend which saw Joe Rankin-Costello hit the winner.
Lewis Travis continues to miss out with a calf injury.
This is the first meeting between Millwall and Blackburn since the Lions’ 4-3 loss against Rovers on the final day of last season that ended their play-off hopes.
The pair go into this game locked on 16 points in 14th and 15th in the table.
