Dulwich Hamlet find out FA Cup opponents

DULWICH HAMLET have been drawn away to National League South rivals Eastbourne Borough in the third qualifying round of the FA Cup.

Hamlet defeated Tonbridge Angels 3-1 on Saturday to move to within two rounds of the first round proper, while Eastbourne beat Brantham Athletic 1-0.

Gavin Rose’s Hamlet were 2-0 up against seventh-tier Tonbridge at half-time thanks to goals from Nathan Ferguson and Nathan Green before Sonny Miles halved the deficit eight minutes after the break.

Dipo Akinyemi scored three minutes from time to smooth Hamlet’s progression.

The next round will be on Saturday, October 6, kicking off at 3pm.
