Easter holiday fitness at Everyone Active

Everyone Active has announced its line up of family Easter holiday activities taking place in Southwark during the school break.

It is recommended that children have at least thirty minutes of daily exercise, but during the school holidays they can find themselves doing less – with some losing up to eighty per cent of their fitness.

To help keep kids moving, The Castle Centre is holding the two-week Fit For Sport Activity Camps – excluding Good Friday.

They also have holiday activities for disabled children aged 5-11 on April 15 and 18 between 1-3pm.

At Surrey Docks there are water sport courses including sailing and kayaking.

Camberwell Leisure Centre, Dulwich Leisure Centre, Geraldine Mary Harmsworth Sports Facility, Peckham Pulse Centre, Seven Islands Leisure Centre, Surrey Docks Watersports Centre and The Castle centre are also all holding a five-day swimming crash course to help children become more confident in the water.
