YOUNG PILGRIMS TOAST EIGHTEEN YEARS!

Southwark Young Pilgrims celebrated its eighteenth year by passing a huge milestone: the youth project has now helped over 1,000 teenagers

At a special ceremony on August 27, former Mayor of Southwark Vicky Nash congratulated the latest batch of ‘Southwark Ambassadors’, who spent six weeks over the summer representing the borough, at a special stand in Duke Hill Street.

The project aims to help young people who are disengaged or under performing at school.
