Crash between motorcycle and car reported outside Harris Academy Peckham

Police have confirmed a collision took place this morning between a motorcycle and a car outside the secondary school in Peckham this morning.

Officers were called by London Ambulance Service at 9.46am to Peckham Road.

A spokeswoman for the Met has confirmed the two vehicles collided outside the school, but drivers’ injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

Transport for London have said temporary road closures are in place going westbound on both Peckham Road and Lyndhurst Way.

Police are currently stationed outside the school’s gates.
