Free Zumba class for senior citizens this Thursday in Peckham

Seated Zumba for senior citizens is coming to Peckham this Thursday – free of charge.

The class is being put on as part of the Royal Voluntary Service and Prudential UK’s First Time for Everything programme to encourage older people to try something new and stay active.

People can take part standing or sat down and there will also be healthy, light refreshments on offer afterwards.

The class takes place on Thursday, December 20, from 2-4.30pm in Peckham.
