Emergency services and frontline NHS workers can use Everyone Active leisure centres for FREE this Christmas

All eight Everyone Active leisure centres in Southwark will be free to use for all emergency service workers this Christmas.

From Monday, December 24, to New Years Eve, anyone with a valid Emergency Services ID card will be able to use the gym and swimming pools free of charge.

“Christmas is a special time of year, but many emergency service workers put in extra shifts and incredibly long hours to keep us safe and well.

“With centres across London open early to late, we wanted to do something to show our appreciation.

“Whether they want to stop by for a hot shower, a swim in the pool or to let off some steam in the gym, we will welcome them through our doors,” says Everyone Active Contract Manager, Mark Basker.

Southwark’s Everyone Active centres are Camberwell Leisure Centre, Castle Centre, Dulwich Leisure Centre, Geraldine Mary Harmsworth Sports Facility, Peckham Pulse, Seven Islands Leisure Centre, Surrey Docks Fitness and Watersports Centre and Southwark Athletics Centre.
