Charity bags thousands for award

A Walworth mental health charity has been given £30,000 after beating hundreds of other organisations to win a national award.

CoolTan Arts in Walworth Road will receive their prize for the GSK IMPACT Award in partnership with The King’s Fund at the Science Museum in May along with the other nine winners.  An overall winner, who will receive a further £10,000 in unrestricted funding, will be revealed on the night.
