FOUND: 13-year-old girl who went missing in Surrey Quays is ‘safe and well’

A missing thirteen-year-old girl who was last seen in Surrey Quays on Saturday evening has been found.

Tyra Thomas Brown, 13, from Lambeth, had last been spotted at around 5.20pm in Surrey Quays heading in the direction of Canada Water.

Lambeth police officers on Tuesday appealed for the public’s help in tracking down the girl – and their efforts have been successful.

In an update today, officers said that the 13-year-old had been found “safe and well.”

They added that they were grateful to the public in their assistance in tracking down the teen.
