Missing girl of 13 found at last

Police have confirmed that thirteen-year-old Danielle Fitzgerald has been found, after going missing over three weeks ago.

A Met Police spokesperson told the News that the girl had disappeared from the Mercure Maidstone Hotel in Kent on October 17.

She “had not come to any harm” in the time she was missing, and she was found “safe and well”.

Police were unable to say where in the borough she was found, but whilst missing she was thought to have at one stage been in the Aylesbury Estate area.

A statement from the Met said: “Danielle Fitzgerald, thirteen, was found on Thursday, November 10, at an address in Southwark.

“We thank the media and the public for their assistance with this appeal.”
