Cyclist, in his 40s, taken to hospital following collision with car

A cyclist was taken to hospital following a collision with a car.

The 46-year-old man was taken to an east London hospital by ambulance following the crash in Evelyn Street at about 8am today, Thursday.

Police said the cyclist’s injuries were not thought to be life threatening and the driver of the car stopped at the scene.

The News has contacted London Ambulance Service for further details.
