Appeal for witnesses of Crystal Palace collision that has left cyclist in ‘critical condition’

Police are appealing for witnesses of a ‘serious collision’ in Crystal Palace yesterday.

According to the London Met, officers were called to the junction of Anerley Road and Crystal Palace station Road on Sunday, 10 June shortly after 8am to reports of a collision involving a car and cyclist.

The cyclist, a 45-year-old man, was air lifted to a south London hospital where he remains in a critical condition.

The car stopped at the scene and the driver is assisting the police, who are looking to speak to anyone who saw the collision, or who may have dashcam footage.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 020 8285 1574.
