First head teacher appointed for new Dulwich school

The first head teacher for the new Charter free school in Dulwich was announced last week.

Alex Crossman was appointed as principal for the school, which will open in September 2016 at the Dulwich Hospital site

He has served as a member of the Charter Schools Group ‘Headship Team’ before and for the past three years he has been Vice Principal of the Evelyn Grace Academy in Brixton. “I am thrilled to be returning to the Charter School family to establish The Charter School East Dulwich,” said Mr Crossman. Mr Crossman will begin his role this September, a year before the first students arrive at the school.
