Police search for ‘shop stab victim’ in Walworth

A reported stabbing in Walworth Road left officers baffled last week after the victim made a quick exit.

A call was put into the Met at 5.56pm on Wednesday, July 10, reporting a stabbing inside a shop on Rodney Road.

When police arrived at the scene, all parties involved had left and, despite an extensive search, no trace of a victim was found.

Anyone with information should call 101.
