Man pleads not guilty to Peckham offensive weapon charge

A man will appear at Woolwich Crown Court after pleading not guilty to possessing offensive weapons in a public place.

Wai Kuen Fung, 34 was accused of having a bat and a lock knife in his car at Calypso Crescent on December 14.

Fung, or Park Road in Haringey, pleaded not guilty when he appeared at Camberwell Green Magistrates’ Court on February 27 and will appear at Woolwich Crown Court on March 13.
