East Dulwich man to appear at Croydon Magistrates’ after pleading not guilty to assault

An East Dulwich man will appear at Croydon Magistrates’ court on July 1 after pleading not guilty to assaulting his wife.

Shanan Williams, of Campbell Court, was accused of assault by beating after an alleged incident at his home on February 11.

The 25-year-old has been released on conditional bail until he returns to court.

He has been ordered not to contact an alleged witness, or to return to their family home.
