THE GINGERBREAD MAN

Knuckle and Joint, the award-winning creators of the hugely successful Studio show The Adventures of Bo Peep, are delighted to announce their first Christmas Studio show at the Churchill Theatre, The Gingerbread Man.

It’s Christmas Eve and two Royal Bakers are making the perfect Gingerbread Man for the new Royal Baby’s first Christmas! However, the recipe goes sideways and The Gingerbread Man is soon whisking up trouble! The Bakers need your help to catch the quick biscuit before he crumbles away before Christmas Day!

Originally scheduled to be performed in the Churchill Theatre Studio in December 2020, The Gingerbread Man, with the support of Arts Council England, was instead toured to local Bromley primary schools last December after the theatre closed due to COVID-19. A huge success amongst local young school-goers, tickets for this year’s Christmas production are now selling fast.

The Gingerbread Man is directed by Marcus Roche and stars Heidi Goldsmith and Bill Uden as the Royal Bakers alongside a large cup of spellbinding puppetry and a spoonful of original music.

Churchill Theatre, High Street, Bromley, BR1 1HA  from Sat 11 – Thu 23 December 2021.
