Queen Vic pub faces the cameras for Carlsberg advert

Bermondsey’s Queen Victoria pub will be featured in a Carlsberg advert for the Euro 2016 football tournament, writes Alex Yeates…

The pub on Southwark Park Road was full of extras cheering along to footage of England’s 100 best goals.

Julie O’Sullivan, the pub’s manager, said: “Extras were jumping up and down screaming whenever a goal was scored.”

Filming took placed on April 20 and 21 and is expected to be aired in the summer.
