Mystery Jets perform at St Thomas’ Hospital

The mystery Jets played an acoustic set at St Thomas’ Hospital on Friday afternoon.

The gig for patients and staff went down a storm, especially when the band described St Thomas’ as “like the Brixton Academy of hospitals”.

Lead singer and guitarist Blaine Harrison – who has spina bifida – has previously told of how the band’s latest track, Hospital Radio, was inspired by his love and appreciation for the NHS; and fears for its future.

Staff and patients were quick to share their delight at the gig.
