Local pride bike ride in Dulwich

A free bike ride celebrating Dulwich’s “local features and hidden gems” will take place this Sunday.

The nine-mile route is part of British Cycling’s ‘Sky Ride Local’ campaign, which aims to foster pride in local areas across the country.

The ride will begin at Dulwich Park Cafe at 2pm, and will take in “some of the finest local sites including the boating lake, the velodrome, Brockwell Lido, the oldest exhibition house in the country and oldest boys school in the country,” according to a spokesperson.

Other events will take place throughout the year.

To sign up for the ride or to find more information visit: goskyride.com/SkyRideLocal.
