Kelis will be serving up at next month’s Jam on Rye

Kelis will be cooking up a storm in Peckham at next month’s Jam on Rye festival.

The Milkshake, Millionaire and Trick Me singer headlining the end of May bank holiday festival is also a critically acclaimed chef with cookbook My Life On A Plate and sauce brand Bounty and Full under her belt.

On Monday, May 27, she will be teaming up with trader Only Jerkin’ to create a one-off menu exclusively available from a street food truck at the festival in Peckham Rye Park.

Put on by KERB, the festival has a strong street food focus with Bleeker Burger, Club Mexicana, and BBC Million Pound Menu winners BBQ Dreamz and Baba G’s, while the music line-up includes Soul 2 Soul legend Jazzie B, Stevie Wonder collaborator Omar, Greentea Peng and General Roots.
